88et Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to 88et. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 88et online gaming and sports betting platform, including all products available through the website and the 88et Android application. If we discover that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals suspended, and any deposits returned minus any winnings, which will be forfeited. 3. Your Account

Each player may hold only one account on the 88et platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88et reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals made, and all communications sent from your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88et support immediately.

Account verification — including identity verification (KYC) — may be requested at any time. This may involve submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a utility bill, or other documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88et platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, credit and debit card, and other supported mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may change from time to time and the current limits at the time of your transaction will apply.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to protect against fraud. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will typically be returned to the same JazzCash account.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and on any verification requirements that need to be completed before the withdrawal can be released. 88et is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited legitimately and are not subject to any pending wagering requirements.
• 88et reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits and withdrawals made through third-party accounts not in your name are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• 88et does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 88et platform — including sports bets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and other markets, as well as casino bets and slot wagers — are subject to the product-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All odds are displayed in the format shown on screen at the time of placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the moment of confirmation. Bets placed after the relevant event or play has concluded will be voided.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before reaching the minimum time required to constitute a result under the applicable sport rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned at 88et's discretion.
• Bet settlement follows the official result of the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, the official scorecard of the match as certified by the relevant cricket board will be used.

For live casino and table games, the result displayed on screen at the end of each round is final. In the event of a technical fault during a live dealer round — such as a stream disconnection or dealing error — the round may be voided and stakes returned. The decision of the 88et platform team in these circumstances is final.

For slot games, results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software from the relevant game provider. 88et does not control individual slot outcomes. In the event of a software malfunction during a slot session, the affected round may be voided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

88et may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88et platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes in odds, or any technical vulnerability on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

88et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• Verification documents have been requested but not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or on their behalf.
• 88et is required to take action under applicable laws or regulations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, 88et reserves the right to withhold or void balances in accordance with these terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. If the account closure is for responsible gaming reasons, a self-exclusion can be applied instead, which prevents re-registration for a specified period.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or events outside 88et's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds resulting from clearly erroneous data feeds, which 88et reserves the right to void and settle at the correct odds.
